Due to having the AGM on Saturday the 25th, we are changing the time we will be running the sessions for that day, morning session will be 9:30am on the water, the afternoon session will be at 3:00pm.

ITS WINTER – ITS COLD – ESPECIALLY AFTER AN HOUR ON THE WATER..

Please ensure you bring enough clothing including a cag and leggings.
If you don’t bring the right clothing we may have to stop you taking part in a session…

The club use a Facebook group to send up to date information about events, races and training schedules to its members. As a member your are able to join the group.

Winter training schedule

VERY IMPORTANT – CLUB SESSIONS – NOW AND FOR THE WINTER 2011/2012

- PADDLING SATURDAYS
There will be a session held every Saturday at 10.00am on the water, (Club doors closed and locked – Please arrive at the club by 9.30am.)
- Depending on numbers this session will be split into 2 groups;
- Fast Racing Paddlers / Development Racing Paddlers and Adult Paddlers)
There will be a session held every Saturday at 12pm on the water.
- This session will split into several groups, depending on numbers;
- Junior beginners / Junior Development / Adult beginners & improvers

- TUESDAY AND THURSDAY – EVENING SESSIONS
These sessions will be held from 6pm to 8pm on those evenings.
They are open to all paddlers and depending on numbers will be split into groups.
We will as much as possible stay on the water but when necessary will hold indoor training sessions.
