Ealing Canoe Club is a racing club (marathon and sprint), but we also run beginner Kayak courses and promote other canoe sports. We are situated on the Grand Union Canal.
We have a good mix of adults, who participate for the fun of paddling, racing and in endurance events such as the Devizes to Westminster, and juniors, who have been successful in winning the Geoff Sanders Trophy in the past. We promote various forms of canoesport in a safe, friendly and enjoyable way. The club is open to adults, school groups, youth and other organisations.
Members enjoy racing (sprint & marathon), touring, general paddling for fitness and fun. We enjoy good relations with other Clubs and regularly join with them for trips on other rivers and competitions. We also have gym facilities for those who want to maintain fitness during the winter or those training for competitions.
We have a wide selection of boats. Something available for everyone from kids and beginners to experienced racers. We attend races and take part in the Hasler Series among others.
Ealing Canoe Club is also close to people who live in nearby boroughs like: Harrow, Hillingdon, Brent, Hounslow, Hammersmith & Fulham.
